How to Take It
Take 2 softgels daily with a meal and 8 to 12 ounces of water, or as directed by your health care professional.
Each bottle holds 60 softgels, so one bottle is a 30-day supply.
Good to know: Omega-3s can affect blood clotting. If you take a blood thinner or have surgery coming up, talk to your doctor first. The capsule is gelatin, so this product is not vegetarian or vegan. Do not take if you have a fish allergy.

Questions
Why does the EPA and DHA number matter more than the fish oil number?
EPA and DHA are the omega-3s that do the work. Many fish oils advertise a big number that is mostly filler oil. Here the 1500 mg concentrate is 800 mg EPA, 600 mg DHA and 100 mg of other omega-3s, all accounted for.
Will I get fish burps?
It is designed not to. The oil is molecularly distilled and finished with natural lemon oil, which removes the odor and aftertaste that cause fish burps. Taking it with a meal helps too.
Where does the fish come from?
The fish come from the cold, deep waters off Norway. The oil is refined and molecularly distilled for purity.
Can I take it with a blood thinner?
Talk to your doctor first. Omega-3s can affect clotting, and that call belongs with the person managing your medication.
