How to Take It
Mix 2 scoops (32 g protein) into 8 to 12 ounces of water, milk, coffee or a smoothie. Use 1 scoop for about 16 grams. Take 1 to 2 servings a day based on your protein needs. Right after training is a great time for one of them.
One container holds 15 servings, a 15-day supply at 1 serving a day.
Good to know: This is a milk product. Whey isolate is filtered to remove most of the lactose, but if you are sensitive to dairy, start with 1 scoop. To add it to hot coffee, stir it into a little cool liquid first or use a frother so it does not clump. If you have kidney problems, ask your doctor how much protein is right for you.
Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if the safety seal is damaged or missing. Store in a cool, dry place. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking any medication or have a medical condition, talk to your doctor before use.

What does unflavored actually taste like?
Very mild and slightly milky. It disappears in coffee, a smoothie or oatmeal. There is no sweetener, so it will not make your coffee taste like dessert.
Why grass-fed whey isolate?
Isolate is filtered to be high in protein and low in fat, carbs and lactose. That is how you get 32 grams of protein in 110 calories. Grass-fed is simply the cleaner source.
How much protein do I need after 50?
More than most people think, because muscle gets harder to keep as you age. Many adults do well spreading protein across meals, with a solid dose at each. Your doctor or dietitian can give you a number for your body.
