How to Take It

Morning, with breakfast: Mix 2 scoops of whey protein into water or your shake. Take 1 scoop of greens powder in 8 to 12 ounces of cold water (or 3 greens capsules with water). Take 2 fish oil softgels, 2 probiotic capsules and 1 vitamin D3 + K2 capsule with 8 to 12 ounces of water.

Evening: Take a second serving of greens (1 scoop or 3 capsules).

At these amounts, the greens, fish oil and probiotics last 30 days. The D3 + K2 lasts 60 days. The protein lasts about 15 days at one 2-scoop serving a day.

Good to know: The whey contains milk. The fish oil contains fish and uses gelatin softgels. Fish oil and vitamin K can interact with blood thinners, so talk to your doctor first if you take one.
