How to Take It
Take 3 capsules daily with a meal and 8 to 12 ounces of water, or as directed by your health care professional.
Each bottle holds 90 capsules, so one bottle is a 30-day supply.
Good to know: Each serving already contains 800 IU of vitamin D3. If you also take Supreme Vitamin D3 + K2 or another D3 product, add up your total. Calcium can affect how some medications are absorbed, including thyroid medication and some antibiotics, so ask your pharmacist about spacing them apart.

What makes coral calcium different from regular calcium?
Most calcium supplements give you calcium and nothing else. Fossilized coral comes from an ancient seabed and brings a natural spread of trace minerals with it. We add D3 and magnesium on top, because those help your body use calcium.
Where does the coral come from?
It is fossilized coral, not living reef. It is harvested from above the Okinawa Sea using a process that leaves the living reefs below untouched.
Can I take this with Supreme Vitamin D3 + K2?
Yes, but know your numbers. This product has 800 IU of D3 per serving, so taking both gives you 5800 IU a day. That is fine for many adults, but check with your doctor if you are unsure.
When will I notice anything?
Honestly, you will not feel bone support the way you feel coffee. This is a long game. Take it every day for months and pair it with strength training, which does more for your bones than any capsule.

My doctor recommend I try a magnesium & calcium supplement because the magnesium helps you get a more restful sleep at night. When I saw that this product included Zinc & Vitamin D3 I thought of it as a bonus. I used to take a Vitamin D3 supplement but now I use this instead. I have been sleeping better than I have in ages.
