How to Take It
Take 2 capsules 30 minutes before bed with 8 to 12 ounces of water, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Take it only when you can get a full night of sleep.
One bottle holds 30 servings, a 30-day supply at 2 capsules a night.
Good to know: This formula contains melatonin, 5-HTP, St. John's Wort and valerian. It may cause drowsiness. Do not drive or operate machinery after taking it. Do not combine it with antidepressants, sedatives or other sleep aids, and do not take it with alcohol. Not for use if you are pregnant or nursing. If you take any medication, talk to your doctor first, because St. John's Wort can interact with many medications, including birth control and blood thinners.

Questions
Does it contain melatonin?
Yes. Melatonin is part of the Sleep Formula blend, along with 5-HTP, valerian, chamomile and L-theanine. Because it is a proprietary blend, the exact amount of each ingredient is not listed separately.
Will I feel groggy in the morning?
Some people feel drowsy the next morning, especially at first. Take it only when you have time for a full night of sleep, and talk to your doctor if grogginess continues.
Can I take it with my prescription medication?
Talk to your doctor first. St. John's Wort, 5-HTP and melatonin can interact with many medications, and this product should not be combined with antidepressants, sedatives or other sleep aids.
When should I take it?
About 30 minutes before bed. Keep the rest of your routine steady too: a cool, dark room and a regular bedtime make a real difference.
