How to Take It
Take 2 capsules daily with a meal, or as directed by your healthcare professional. For best results, take with 8 to 12 ounces of water.
One bottle holds 30 servings, a 30-day supply.
Good to know: This formula contains black cohosh, so talk to your doctor first if you have liver concerns. It contains dong quai, so do not take it with blood thinners. It contains vitex, so do not take it with hormone therapy or birth control. It also contains valerian, which can make some people drowsy. Not for use if you are pregnant or nursing.
Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if the safety seal is damaged or missing. Store in a cool, dry place. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking any medication or have a medical condition, talk to your doctor before use.
