How to Take It
Take 2 capsules once a day with a meal and 8 to 12 ounces of water, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
One bottle holds 30 servings, a 30-day supply at 2 capsules a day.
Good to know: Moringa is a food-based green, but it may not be right for everyone. If you take medication for blood sugar, blood pressure or thyroid, or a blood thinner, talk to your doctor first. Taking it with food is easier on the stomach.

Can I take it with my multivitamin?
Yes. It is a food-based green, not a high-dose vitamin, so it fits alongside a daily multi. Check with your doctor if you take any medication.

I have to say that since I've been taking Moringa caps, my blood sugars have been normal 90 % of the time. I'm still taking insulin as I am an insulin dependent type II diabetic. I'm using less insulin than I was before and feel great. I don't know if this works for everybody but it is working for me.
