How to Take It
Take 3 to 5 capsules at bedtime on an empty stomach with 8 to 12 ounces of water. Use for 7 to 10 days, then reduce the amount for maintenance. The right amount varies from person to person, so start with 3.
Each bottle holds 60 capsules. At 3 capsules a night, that is 20 nights.
Good to know: The magnesium here is magnesium oxide, which the body absorbs very little of. It stays in the digestive tract and draws in water, which is how it works overnight. Expect looser stools and drink plenty of water. Magnesium can affect how some medications are absorbed, so space it apart from them. If you have kidney problems, take any medication, or need it for more than a couple of weeks, talk to your doctor.
