How to Take It
Take 2 capsules once a day with a meal and 8 to 12 ounces of water, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
One bottle holds 30 servings, a 30-day supply at 2 capsules a day.
Good to know: Some people notice mild gas or bloating in the first few days while their body adjusts. If you are taking an antibiotic, take this at least 2 hours apart from it. If you have a serious medical condition or a weakened immune system, talk to your doctor before use.

For about 2 years I would have stomach pains for 95% of the day every single day and it got worse after I ate something. I had gotten so used to it that I never really did anything about it because I started to think it was normal and didnt pay attention to how bad it was. 3 days after taking this the first time, my stomach pains stopped almost completely. I have been using these probiotics for three months and started to notice a difference after five days. I feel less bloated, more regular, and have actually lost a few pounds (even while on vacation), which was a nice surprise! I take a tablet once a day as I get ready for work.
