Manage Your Subscription
Your subscription works around your life. Change it any time, in about a minute.
Get to your subscription
- Go to superhumannutrition.com/subscription. You can also tap the person icon at the top right of any page.
- Enter the email you used when you ordered.
- Check your inbox for a 6-digit code from us and type it in. No password needed.
- You'll land right on your subscription.
What you can change
- Change your next ship date: click Reschedule.
- Skip one order: click Skip Order.
- Get it more or less often: click the pencil next to Order frequency.
- Switch products: click Swap Product.
- Add something to your next box: click Add Product.
- Update your address or card: click the pencil next to Shipping Address or Payment Details.
- Take a break: click Pause Subscription.
Tips
- Don't see your subscription? Make sure you used the same email you ordered with.
- No code in your inbox? Check your spam or promotions folder. The code is only good for a few minutes, so ask for a new one if it expired.
- Running low or have too much? Reschedule or change how often it ships instead of cancelling. You keep your subscriber savings.
