How to Take It
Take 2 capsules once a day with a meal and 8 to 12 ounces of water, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
One bottle holds 30 servings, a 30-day supply at 2 capsules a day.
Good to know: Taking it with food is easier on the stomach. The formula includes red clover and wild yam, so talk to your doctor first if you use hormone therapy. Garlic, goldenseal and green tea can interact with some medications, including blood thinners. Vitamin B2 can turn urine bright yellow. That is normal and harmless.
Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if the safety seal is damaged or missing. Store in a cool, dry place. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking any medication or have a medical condition, talk to your doctor before use.
Questions
How is this different from the men's formula?
The vitamins and minerals are identical in both. The difference is the herbal blends: the women's formula has a Female Support blend with wild yam, red clover, cranberry, lutein and lycopene, and its Immune Blend includes goldenseal.
Does it contain iron?
No. There is no iron in this formula. If your doctor has told you that you need iron, take it separately as they advise.
Is this enough calcium and vitamin D?
It has 400 IU of vitamin D (100% DV) and 50 mg of calcium (5% DV). It is not a full calcium supplement, so ask your doctor if you need more.
Why is my urine bright yellow?
That comes from vitamin B2 (riboflavin). It is normal and harmless.
