We aim to answer every email within one business day. Emails that arrive over a weekend or a public holiday are answered the next business day.

There is a chat button in the bottom-right corner of every page on this site. During business hours you will reach a person. Outside those hours you can still leave your message — it comes through to the same place, and we reply by email the next business day. Nothing sent through chat gets lost.

Managing a subscription

You can skip, reschedule, pause or cancel a subscription yourself at any time by signing in to your account. Full details are in our subscription policy. If you would rather we did it for you, email or call us and we will take care of it the same business day.

We are happy to talk about our products, what is in them, and how people typically use them. We are not able to give medical advice, and nothing we tell you is a substitute for speaking to your doctor — particularly if you take prescription medication or have a diagnosed condition.
