How to Take It
Take 3 capsules twice daily with 8 to 12 ounces of water.
One bottle holds 60 servings, so at 2 servings a day it is a 30-day supply.
Good to know: Greens like kale, spinach and parsley are naturally rich in vitamin K. If you take a blood thinner, talk to your doctor first. The formula also includes green tea leaf extract. Taking the capsules with food can help if greens feel heavy on an empty stomach.

Will I taste anything?
No. That is the point of the capsules. The powder has a natural mint greens taste, and the capsules skip it completely.
