Four colorful smoothies with fresh fruit

6 Simple Smoothies With Protein and Greens

A smoothie is one of the easiest ways to get protein and greens in before your day gets away from you. Here are six I keep coming back to. No added sugar. The fruit does the sweetening.

For every recipe: wash your produce, put everything in the blender, and blend until smooth.

1. Strawberry Protein Smoothie

  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk (or milk of your choice)
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries
  • 1 whole peeled orange
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 2 scoops Organic Grass-Fed Whey Protein Isolate

2. Clean Greens Smoothie

  • 1 cup carrots
  • 1 whole cucumber
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger
  • 1 cup water or ice
  • 1 scoop Supreme Greens Powder

3. Morning Energy Smoothie

  • 3 cups spinach
  • 1 cup melon
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 cup water or ice
  • 1 scoop Supreme Greens Powder

4. Strawberry Coconut Greens Smoothie

  • 2 cups unsweetened coconut milk
  • 2 cups strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 scoop Supreme Greens Powder

5. Spinach Protein Smoothie

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 scoop Supreme Greens Powder
  • 2 scoops Organic Grass-Fed Whey Protein Isolate
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or plain Greek yogurt (yogurt makes it thicker)
  • A handful of ice

6. Mixed Berry Kale Smoothie

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 3 medium kale leaves, stems removed
  • 2 scoops Organic Grass-Fed Whey Protein Isolate
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or plain Greek yogurt
  • A handful of ice

Why our protein works so well here

Our whey is unflavored. That means it takes on the taste of whatever you blend it with. Strawberry tastes like strawberry, not like fake vanilla. Two scoops add 32 grams of protein to any of these.

Our greens are meant to taste like greens, not candy. There's no fruit or sugar added to hide the flavor. Blend them with fruit and you'll barely notice.
